Social behavioral hygiene is theory or idea that, as we understnad that low cleanliess of enviroment around us and our bodies lead to healthy problems, illness and catching of diseases. This could be applied on whole community. If there is city or country, that do not keep high level of cleanliness - hygiene it will lead to high probability that some disease or even plauge will appeared. And most likely will spread to other countries or cities. Social behavioral hygiene applied same logic on mental state of people. Believing that, if some city, state or even part of world allows to toxic enviroment. High criminality, corruption, gender problems, poverty and so on, it will probably lead to arise some kind of negative behavior or even ideology, that will spread to other part of world. Same way as plauges are spreading. This idea lead to be more aware of what is happening in other places and even take more action to suppresed toxic enviroment.
